StarShip Setup

Follow this procedure to add your Volusion company to StarShip. You will need the API URL and Store ID that  you copied in Volusion Setup.

1. Click My Companies.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. If you are adding a new company, click the Add Company button. If you want to add the Volusion interface to an existing company, select the company and click the Edit Company button.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Type in the Company Name and click the " + " button to add a Volusion store.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select Volusion from the eCommerce Name list.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Next, enter the Volusion API URL and the Store ID that you copied from the Volusion control panel earlier. Check the "Enabled" check box.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Click OK. The company appears in your Company List. Click OK again to exit Interface Setup. You are ready to start shipping!
   
   
   
   
   

Edit Company to Add Additional Sources

If you have additional eCommerce marketplaces or carts, you can add multiple eCommerce sources to the same company.

1. In Setup > Source Interface > eCommerce > My Companies, select the company and click Edit Company.
2. Click the " + " button next to the Configured Accounts section to add another eCommerce account.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select an eCommerce interface from the eCommerce Name list.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the required company information for that interface and enable the account.
   
   Note : Be sure to complete the setup steps necessary for each interface you want to add. You may need to perform setup or configuration in your eCommerce interface prior to adding it to StarShip.
   

Volusion Account Password

If  the Volusion account password changes, you will need to copy the updated API URL from Volusion to your company setup in StarShip > My Companies in order to keep shipping.
