Get the Volusion API URL

In order to set up the integration between StarShip and Volusion, you will need to locate the Volusion API URL in your control panel.

1. Log into your Volusion account.
2. In the Volusion Dashboard, click Inventory > Import/Export button.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click Volusion API.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll down the page to the Generic section, and click the Volusion API Integration Help link.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Select  Instructions for Export, and then select "Generic Orders" from the drop-down list. The screen will reload and you can select a designated user.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Scroll down the page and click the URL with Query String and General Information for Importing and Exporting.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Highlight the URL and right-click on it. Select "Copy" to copy the URL.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
8. Open a text editor such as Notepad and paste the URL into a document.
9. Back in the Volusion window, look at the top right corner of the control panel and hover over your user icon to display the Store ID. Copy the Store ID into the Notepad document, too.
