The R+L module allows you to rate directly with R+L via the web, giving you live and accurate rate quotes based on your custom rates. In addition, you can track shipments in real-time, calculate time in transit, submit pickup requests, get proof of delivery, and generate the BOL. R+L supports LTL shipments for destinations in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada.

Shipping Notes

• Tracking : Shipments are tracked by PRO Number. Only posted shipments can be tracked using the Track button on the Tracking/Detail tab.
• Proof of Delivery : When the shipment's status is Delivered, you can click the button next to the PRO # on the Tracking/Detail tab to get the Proof of Delivery form in PDF format.

Shipment Option Notes

Email Notification

You can select to notify the Sender, Recipient or both by email that the shipment has been processed and is on its way. Check the "Email Notification" option on the Shipment tab and select who should be notified. StarShip will use the email address(es) provided on the Sender and Recipient tabs.
