• If you have an existing postage account with Pitney Bowes that you would like to use or if you have any postage funding related questions, please contact Pitney Bowes at PaymentsAPISupport@pb.com or 855-393-8874.
  
• Please use the latest version of the Microsoft Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers to access the Shipping Merchant Portal. There are known issues when using Mozilla Firefox.
  

1. Click the Sign Up button.
2. On the Create Account screen, enter your name, email, and company information. Click Continue.
3. Click Submit on the verification screen.
   
   Notes :

♦       Pitney Bowes will establish a preliminary credit line of up to $500 while performing a credit review.

♦       It may take up to 48 hours for your line of credit to be approved.

♦       If the instant credit check fails for any reason, you will be required to enter Credit Card information to complete the account creation process.

3. Confirm the information is correct and click Activate Account. You can also set up your automatic postage refill by clicking the link on this screen.
