This rule type is only available for rules modifying the Shipment Total Applied Amount value. When this rule is applied, the charge will not be written back to the source interface.
You can turn off write-back for this value by selecting "Always" on the conditions dialog. Or, you can define conditions under which this value should not be written-back.
