Add the Store in StarShip

To ship your 3dcart Orders, you will need to connect your 3dcart store to StarShip by providing your account details in Source Interface setup. Have your store's "REST API Token" and "Secure URL" (that you collected in the 3dcart Setup process) available.

1. In StarShip, select Setup > Source Interface > eCommerce. If eCommerce isn't listed there, first select Use Source > eCommerce.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click My Companies.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. If you are adding a new company, click the Add Company button. If you want to add the 3dcart interface to an existing company, select the company and click the Edit Company button.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Type in the Company Name (if not already there) and click the " + " button.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Select 3dcart from the eCommerce Provider drop-down field.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Enter company information in the fields provided. You can copy and paste the details from the text document you created in 3dcart Setup.
   
   Secure URL : Located in your 3dcart Store Settings, this is your store's Secure URL.
   Token : Contact V-Technologies Support at 800-462-4016 option 3 for your token.
   Private Key : Enter this Private Key  : 09c9bd7f3f167874493b66b0fd33e704.
   
   
   
7. Check the Enable check box. Some notes :
   
   * If you add the 3dcart interface but don't enable it, the Document field drop-down list will not include 3dcart Orders when StarShip is set to this company.
   * Seasonal Sellers : You can uncheck this box and disable the company during the time when you are not shipping with eCommerce so that StarShip uses less resources on your PC.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
8. Click the Status Mapping button to map your Custom Order Statuses to corresponding StarShip's Order Status values. The Order Status is used when importing Orders from 3dcart. You must assign Custom Status values to StarShip Order Statuses; if they are not assigned, "New" Orders will not be imported. Note : In order to save the Status window, all the statuses must be mapped.

9. Click OK to add the 3dcart store to My Companies.
   

Edit Company to Add Additional Sources

If you have additional eCommerce marketplaces or carts, you can add multiple eCommerce sources to the same company.

1. In Setup > Source Interface > eCommerce > My Companies, select the company and click Edit Company.
2. Click the " + " button next to the Configured Accounts section to add another eCommerce account.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select an eCommerce interface from the eCommerce Name list.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the required company information for that interface and enable the account.
   
   Note : Be sure to complete the setup steps necessary for each interface you want to add. You may need to perform setup or configuration in your eCommerce interface prior to adding it to StarShip.
