Rate Quote

StarShip now offers a customized Rate Quote functionality for Dynamics GP that allows StarShip users to get rate quotes from the Sales Transaction Entry screen. Rate Quote can also use your company's Freight Rules to update freight charges, as well as writing back shipment info to the Sales Transaction.

To use StarShip Rate Quote, perform the following steps :

• Confirm that StarShip V14.0.3 or later is installed on the network.
• Install StarShip Web Utilities on each Dynamics GP workstation. The workstation does not need to have the StarShip Client installed on it, but must have access to the StarShip server. See the StarShip Installation Guide for more information.

Requirements

In addition to StarShip System Requirements, each workstation that will be using StarShip Rate Quote must have the following installed :

• .NET 4
• Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 R2
