StarShip Rate Quote allows users to rate shipments and provide time-in-transit detail before shipments are processed. It provides a web interface for entering shipment information such as packaging, rating individual services, and rate shopping among carriers and services.
In order to use Rate Quote, StarShip Web Utilities must be installed on each workstation that will be rating. The workstation does not need to have the StarShip Client installed on it, but must have access to the StarShip server. See the StarShip Installation Guide for requirements and installation instructions.
When you launch StarShip Rate Quote, you will need to log on using your StarShip Client credentials.
Note: After 30 minutes of inactivity, you will be logged off. Closing the Rate Quote window or clicking the "Log off" link will also log you off.
