Shipment Recovery


In certain instances, the StarShip client might lose its connection with the StarShip SQL Server while you're working on a shipment. If this happens, StarShip will notify you that the connection was lost and attempt to save the shipment data before the shipping window closes.



When you restart StarShip, a dialog will appear, asking if you want to try to recover the shipment data. If you click Yes, StarShip attempts to load the saved data; if you click No, the data is deleted and StarShip opens a new shipment.
