StarShip Server Manager displays the database size and percentage used when the service starts. A check of the database size runs at 12 p.m., once every day.
If the StarShip database meets 75% of its size limitation (4 GB for SQL Server 2005 Express, 10 GB for SQL Server 2008 R2 Express), StarShip will broadcast the 75% warning message (color = yellow) to all currently connected users.
If no action is taken and the database size grows to 90%, StarShip shows a 90% error message (color = red).
Note : There is no way to suppress these error messages.
