"Quantity Packed" Error

 

You get a "Quantity packed does not match quantity shipped" error when you click Accept on the Package Summary Tracking window in Sage.

 

This error occurs because :  

 

StarShip allows users to modify item packing if the setting mentioned above is checked. This pertains to unpacking or repacking items in packages; however, you cannot delete packages that come from Sage. If you get the error above, you must also repack any items that were contained in the deleted package(s) in Shipping Data Entry in Sage.
