StarShip Date/Time fields

Date/time fields are saved in the database. There are two types of dates :

UTC : Coordinated Universal Time; shown as the local time on the StarShip Client machine accessing the field.
Local : Time relative to the location being referenced. User entry or carrier responses for these fields are stored in the database without being converted.

The table below shows the date/time fields and date formats. When using these fields for reports created with the StarShip Customizer, UTC times will be automatically converted to the local time at the location where the report is printed. However, if reports are created using an external application, such as Crystal Reports, the user is responsible for converting the times.

BookedDateTime	UTC	Stored in the StatusData table.
PickupDateTime	Local	Stored in the StatusData table.
PostedDateTime	UTC	Stored in the StatusData table.
EventDate	Local	Stored in the TrackingDetail table.
EventDate	UTC	Stored in the ShipmentHistoryItem table.
PostedDateTime	UTC	Stored in the EndOfDayHistoryItem table.
