"Invalid Shipper Rate Plan" Error


USPS rates are automatically updated in StarShip, if you are current on your StarShip Maintenance Plan. Should the update be unsuccessful, you may receive an "Invalid Shipper Rate Plan" error when you rate a shipment and/or attempt to Ship/Process a shipment.


What To Do

Run Check for Updates from the Tools menu in StarShip Server Manager.

If this doesn't solve the issue, you can go to and log in to "My Account" to check that your Maintenance Plan subscription is up to date.

Once logged in, click the Maintenance tab; if you have an active Maintenance Plan, it will display here.
