Ship with Amazon Shipping

  1. Enter the order number or browse for the order.
  2. Review or select the carrier on the Shipment tab.
  3. On the Package tab, enter the Package Dimensions (required). You can also select a Delivery Confirmation option under Package Options; note that this option is checked by default and must be enabled, even if no signature is required.

  4. Rate the shipment by clicking the Rate Shop button. You can select from a list of available Amazon services that will display as 3PL Carriers/Services. The services that display can vary based on package or shipment options.

  5. Click Ship/Process (F5) to process the shipment. The shipping labels will print and shipment information is written back to the Amazon Order.

Voiding Shipments

Shipments that you void in StarShip will not be deleted from your Amazon account. In Seller Central, a voided shipment will display as "Shipped" but waiting for a refund from the carrier.
