Write-Back

StarShip supports freight and notes write-back to Eclipse. Write-Back setup is accessible from Setup >Financial System Interface > Eclipse.

1. In Customize Interface, select Orders and then click the Write-Back Setup button.

2. Select Freight Settings.

When a shipment is processed or voided in StarShip

Define when freight should be written back :

Always write back freight to the Order When you save or void a shipment in StarShip, the freight amount is written back to the Sales Transaction.

Prompt the shipper to write back freight to the Order When you save a shipment in StarShip, the shipper receives a prompt asking if freight should be written back to the source document.
