Conditional fields can be added to a label for printing; there is a known issue where a conditional field will print as blank even though the shipment value exists.
This issue occurs when the default formatting for the field is modified, and then reset to the default.
This diagram shows the default setting for this User Definable conditional field I created. With the default configuration, when the shipment value is No, the field will print on the label as "False", otherwise it will print as "True".
Now I alter the default so that Yes and No will print on the label instead of True/False.
If I then decide I want to go back to using the default of True/False, I cannot just delete the "then Print" and "otherwise" field values that I entered in the dialog box to return to the default. This will cause a blank value on the label.
To revert to the default, delete the field from the template and re-add it.
