The Additional Handling fee must be added to the freight charges if non-standard packaging is used.
Additional Handling will be automatically selected and greyed out for packages where the longest side exceeds 48 inches, for all services, including Air services and SurePost.
The Additional Handling check box is located under Package Options on the Packaging tab.
